Red Fox reserves the right to changes in specification, design, material, or price without notice or liability thereof. Prices are subject to change without notice and all orders will be processed according to prices in effect at the date of ordering unless noted otherwise.

SHIPMENTS

We will ship UPS, PARCEL POST. We will strive to ship the most reasonable way possible. If large orders are ordered, we will ship common carrier to reduce freight charges for the customer.

Based on availability and the time we receive the order, we will process your order within 48 hours.

RETURN POLICY

No merchandise can be returned to Red Fox for credit or refund of monies unless accompanied by a return authorization number from Red Fox. If product is received within 30 days of the invoice date, you will receive a credit for the full amount. If your merchandise is returned 30 days after invoice date, there will be a 15% restocking fee.

Defective merchandise will be handled according to our warranty specifications. Defective merchandise must be returned within 30 days to receive credit for the freight charges. Merchandise that has been specially ordered cannot be returned for credit.

Check merchandise immediately upon receiving package(s). Damages and shortages due to carrier damage must be claimed with the delivery carrier. Shortages must be claimed within 5 days of receiving the package(s).

Warranty and Disclaimers

Red Fox warrants that for a period of one year from the date of purchase, its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship. Red Fox, at its discretion, will repair or replace said product or any component of the product found to be defective during the warranty period. Replacement will be made with a new or remanufactured product or component. If the product is no longer available, replacement may be made with a similar product of equal or greater value. This warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of initial retail purchase and is not transferable. Keep the original sales receipt; proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty performance.

This warranty does not cover normal wear of parts or damage resulting from any of the following: improper installation, negligent use or misuse of the product, use on improper voltage or current, use contrary to the operating instructions, disassembly, repair or alteration by anyone other than Red Fox Enterprises LLC.

Red Fox will not be held liable for any damage or loss caused by the malfunction of our products due to attachments or accessories from other individuals, subcontractors or other manufactures.

Red Fox shall have no liability for any injury, damage, or death, however incurred based on a claim that Red Fox products failed to function. However, if Red Fox is held liable indirectly or directly, for any loss or damage arising under this limited warranty or otherwise, regardless of origin or cause, Red Fox liability will not in any case exceed the purchase price of the product, which will be fixed as liquidated damages and not as a penalty, and will be the complete and exclusive remedy against Red Fox.

The user of these products whether acting solely or under supervision, directly or indirectly shall follow all proper installation as stated in the Installation Manual . The same user shall follow all recommendations as specifically stated in the Operations Manual.

WARRANTY FOR OTHER MANUFACTURERS' PRODUCTS

No one shall make any warranty, either implied or expressed, as to the performance, efficiency, or other capability that has not been stated in the manufacturer's guarantee.

Further this warranty does not cover Acts of God, such as fire, flood, hurricanes, and tornadoes.
